I just came back from visiting my friend Al Kairis at El Dorado to preview a Villa for a client that I have been working with for several years. they have what he wants and he is capable of joining this club financially speaking.
El Dorado is a private non-equity membership club limited to 395 memberships

Back to my objective of this visit. we expect to view properties next month, Al pointed out the different options to consider showing my client, based on his lifestyle needs we probably will show a Beach front Home for 10.5 million or one of the 4 bedroom Casita for around 4 million.one way to weather the storms by representing clients in their Lifestyle decision.Priceless!
